I was slightly wrong before. Seeing her doing that to herself is really when Wyllm started to work on helping out the various magical creatures through the centuries. Probably after meeting Maya is what gave him the proper funding and whatnot to pursue the endeavor. Hell, he’s probably a founder to an organization or two

2026-10-08 08:00 I wonder if her 'breath of life' gave him the ability to speak the languages of other paras besides merfolk. It brings back the comment early on from the agent that watched out for para-wildlife when she mentioned that he was lucky he could speak to them. I originally thought she ment that since he helped the more 'sentient' paras he could cominicate, but now I wonder if he is one of the few that can speak to them in their ' mother tounges'.
