They also do covers, like i mainly remember them doing a Bring Me The Horizon one on weekly idol i think

11am09

Still remember when Chan reacted to this back on Chan's room and tried to sing the Strawberry Cake part 😂 and i think Han sang that part too on bubble or one of those

Linda🫶🏻

Yay!! I'm so excited! These were some of my requests!

c.crose

will wait patiently for the day you'll pick &team 😔

c.crose

but as a multi stan everything is a win for me 🤭

_AbbysBass

Yey! Been waiting for you to react to one of my favorite k-bands. Appreciate this, thanks girls :)

Junhan was missing during "Good Enough"; he was sick. Good Enough is based on the drummer Gunil's time at Berklee when he had a crush. He wrote a poem and Young K of Day 6 helped him with the song. They wanted Beautiful Life to be 7 minutes, but JYPE made them cut it down to four. They have lore where they were/are in a digital platform. Yay, comeback is October 24th. lol

Samantha Whaley

Junhan is my BABY 😻 and the maknae of this group and our beloved skz maknae are the two most handsome and gorgeous maknaes I have ever seen. So unfair.

Samantha Whaley

I'm a smidge disappointed that Freaking Bad wasn't a highly requested, cause Chan really praised the wordplay in it!

Samantha Whaley

My favorite songs from them are probably strawberry cake and enemy

Dila

In Beautiful Life, the lyrics "war is peace, freedom is slavery, ignorance is strength" is actually a phrase from George Orwell's 1984. The slogan is the core ideology of the novel's English Socialist Party. It is used to kinda mean that society should believe everything they are told and never question anything (without getting into the plot of the book so much, a very interesting book, a must read imo). I thought it was so smart that they added this slogan into the song since the whole message of the song is "what's reality? what should we believe in? what are the lies people are telling us trying to force us to believe in?". The members talked about how the song is trying to give the message that we should question where our values and beliefs come from, especially in the social media age. I thought I should let you know in case you didn't know the origin of the slogan

Harmony

Exactly, I absolutely love that literary reference

Funny fact, Gunil used to have a drumming YT channel in college. Gaon watched his channel and was gobsmacked when they later met at JYPE. Also, I would like to kindly ask you to support my prayer circle for Hanpop (Hanrock?) ft. Jooyeon, because apparently those two hang out together a lot and my stayvillain ass is literally desperate.

Alex

Yay🎉 love seeing you react to xdinary heroes. Love them but my bias is Jooyeon i have a thing for bassists. Also I love 😍his voice and his hilarious.

Ive been a casual listenwer to Xdinary for a while now... youre going to make me listen more than casually now lol. Also the way I would LOVE for yall to get into ZB1 but I dont want to break your hearts come January when mine will inevitably break *fingers crossed it doesn't happen* 🫣

mako

I know y'all have a lot on your plate but I'm so thrilled y'all checked Xdinary Heroes out <3 can't wait for you y'all to eventually circle back to them when you can, they've got SO much to offer, but these 3 songs are definitely a good sampler! edit: also Good Enough is on my list of favorite songs right next to the Hoppipolla song Your Ocean. they both make me feel a very similar way when i listen to them and y'all should definitely check our Your Ocean if you get the chance (on your own time, of course)

heatherhira

i am SO excited about this. i'd been wanting to get into xdh since sometime in 2023 and ventured more into stan territory about a year ago. i seriously think they are such a gem of a group, 6 super talented members and incredible songs. they're super funny as well! they have some of my favourite songs ever, seriously. i hope to see you two react to them again someday, theres sooo much for you to see that i know you'll love!

c.crose

waaait it started by watching this reaction a week ago and now im OBSESSED with them! officially a villain 😭
