from what i know (and anyone who knows more/better please correct me): lee know and chan mentioned how hot it was in the building several times during this episode. the employee they were working with told them that lotte world does not turn on the AC outside of operation hours. this means any employees working before or after the park is open are forced to deal with the extreme heat. chan even mentioned during the ending interview that he thinks working conditions could better. i believe that comment (as well as other related to the heat) were edited out after the fact. this caused a lot of discussion online (especially in korea) about poor working conditions and employee safety. as far as i know, lotte world never made an official statement.

Who knew my day would start by watching IDOLs clean urinals haha - Happy Friday!! And yes, as someone else had commented, the show was edited after it was mentioned that the AC wasn't turned on outside of operations. Considering how hot it's been everywhere, I really feel for the staff who do this day in/day out.

i used to be a custodian at my university and i would clean so many urinals. there was always pee on the top of the urinals and i never understood how😭

I work at a fast food place and you have to clean the bathrooms and most of the time it's fine (thank god we don't have urinals) but there were times where it was literally a shit show (and I mean literally shit)

In the original upload Chan and Lee Know mention how hot it is, and the supervisor says they don't turn on the AC until the guest arrive. At the end I think they also mentioned that it wasn't much money for hard labour in hot conditions when they didn't even turn the AC on. When the ep went out a bunch of people online in Korea got really angry to find out that the AC wasn't turned on for workers, and this seemed to have been filmed during a heatwave as well. A lot of the comments under the video mentioned it too. The video got reedited and those bits cut out unfortunately. On the more fun side though, the show director uploaded some behind pictures and Chan proposed to Lee Know at the popular couple spot.
