Late Other Weekly Update (Patreon)

Alright, nearly this whole month has been a bumpy road on progress. Lots of eaten up days with obligations, birthday plans and getting my ducks in a row. But, I only got one more appointment thing this week and I should be back to shoveling coal into progress train.

Primarily what's been worked on these past few weeks was getting all the dialogue options to work properly for when you pick her up in the chair. Lots of animating and getting the logic of the love/hate point system to add up accordingly to progress in certain ways. With the comparison of the .gifs of the last update and this update; you can see that it's the same action, but with very different results. This is determined how you talked to Poppy beforehand. It's a pain in the ass, but I do want to make sure the decisions you make actually make a difference.

So far, I'm still having fun by just going with the flow of dialogue writing and animating accordingly. I'm trying to not let it get too out of hand with every single option, but it's still pretty cool to do.

Things are starting to settle down in my neck of the woods. I know days are getting even more strange lately, but I hope ya'll are staying safe and healthy out there. Thank you again for your incredible support and much appreciated patience with this. Keep staying awesome.

Down below is the current released build. It has not been updated since August of last year. Notes:-Download the folder with everything in it as a ZIP. Do not download individual files or as Standard.

-You save the game now by going to the side of the bed. No longer autosaves (Maybe, I don't remember anymore).

-ESC closes the game, P brings up the menu for options.-Answer the door for Poppy when you want and DO NOT pick any other option other than "For a price..". If you DO pick another option than that, you'll need to delete your save file and go again. The only ways right now to do that is: Press "P" and go to Delete Saved Game or C:\Users\[username]\Appdata\Local\GYYO_TheGame\Saved\ then delete the file
