The shame of losing their technology to rogue terrorists programs is bad enough but now with Infernals in direct contact the technology must be destroyed before the demons can get full access to GARM programming.

The DEEP DOWN is not only a honeycomb of tunnels and nests for the festering deformities of LYCAON but has grown into a nervous system, flesh and veins begin to grow wherever the deformities nest and spread like a fungus. The rogue program is connected to every bit of this spreading flesh fungus, he can taste and feel any foreign element that touches it like an extension of his senses. Anything that enters the deep down is technically in his body.
