Trudging to the front (Patreon)

At some point even demons get tired of the endless corpses and trench deadlock. The never-ending Infernal shelling for months has destroyed the battlefield to such an extent the landscape is scarred forever, the bogs have been drained by the thousands of shelling craters and the filthy liquid has fallen into the tunnels of the DEEP DOWN; drowning many subterranean Canis and forcing them to the surface and into direct confrontation with the GARM in the trenches. But something else stirs beneath even LYCAON’s filthy breeds. Massive and writhing.
