Basilisk’s rotten granddaughter. 

Inheritor of the DEATH SIGHT technique and wise she-WYRM of Old Typhon’s court. Originally born on Jupiter to a Betelgeuse concubine who seduced Basilisk’s second son. The old snake almost ate his son in a rage when he found out; unsanctioned breeding of old dragon bloodlines is high heresy to many royal WYRM families. In the blood holds power and the Betelgeuse have coveted the evil eye techniques for millions of years; with this union they wished to force genetic espionage but it backfired on them. Old King Basilisk ordered the hatchling as his personal ward/cupbearer and all parties involved believed he would simply eat her and be done with it (as he had done to several other progeny that annoyed him).

Instead he blessed her with his secrets; impressed with her vicious insidiousness from childhood, Kulshedra learned to hate her Betelgeuse roots and was loyal to the SAH-TURN serpents over any other. After the TIAMAT conflict many dragon kingdoms were thrown into turmoil but The Basilisk kept his house in order and decreed to send his seed into the wounded dragon worlds to influence them for BASILISK subjugation. The fledgling Typhonic Principalities were ripe for subterfuge and Kulshedra made herself comfortable in the Tartarus court.
