TIAMAT really interests me even if she's dead during the main story in WYRM. Your idea of a multi-generational war on her eponymous planet is one of the parts I'm excited to see unfold. Did she have any connection to the Orion Queens or even elder kings like UMBABA or BASILISK? I can imagine her death and the destruction of her planet after would have left quite the power vacuum...

She was indeed descendant from the orion monarchy and could be considered UMBABA's aunt of sorts. When TIAMAT fell it was a major change in the power structure (king BASILISK meddled in the politics that lead to her downfall as well)

Basilisk's really had his hands (...well, tendrils I guess) in a lot of WYRM politics for millennia. Unsurprising then how he's played a part in the downfall of not one but two WYRM monarchs. Huge fan of TIAMAT's design as well. Very much evokes a type of ursine power, like it wouldn't take much effort from her to smite an enemy. No wonder it took the power of gods to slay her.
