Is TIME ROT just a breakdown of linear time within a specific zone? It sounds like a killer finishing move

It is part of the ROT equation and one of the most powerful Xibalban techniques. It can be seen as a biological attack or a time weapon and used on opponents that classify as "immortal" or have divine regeneration and or matter manipulation (destroying a physical body is not enough to defeat these entities) It is the infection of a target's personal timestream as well where the equation wielder also has free reign to infest the victims past/memories.

Out of curiosity, what introduced you to the POPOL-VUH? I was completely unaware of the tale’s existence up until I was taught it in college. I thought it was pretty obscure! Y’know, despite all the infamous characters within it.

Kronos was from a line of First weapons that were programming timespace during the Original Intelligence's great plan. When the remaining angels retreated from reality these leftovers took over timelaws and began to abuse them. There were several factions during SCHISM who did not evolve into Infernal species.

the first Titanomachy was the great defeat. he was beaten/mutilated by his children and cast into the lower vibrations, much of his body has been experimented on. the sickle was taken long ago and stolen from Olympus by a particular demon.
