WYRM eyes are one of their most dangerous tools, especially when dealing with Earth Apes. Eye combat (DEATH SIGHT/VRIL STARE and other techniques) can be more dangerous than dragon breath.

Wintermute

Then we gouge the eyes first. What's the VRIL STARE?

Dreadcrown_of_Swarms

Eyes hold power. They are windows to the soul, and WYRM souls must be potent in their malevolence indeed. And VRIL STARE? I sense more lore!

ubel

a WYRM with power over VRIL seems like it could be a very powerful creature indeed. i wonder if anyone besides WYRMS have harnessed this power? a powerful subterranean civilization perhaps? regardless, these guys got some creepy peepers, great work!

Mr. Stoneshade

Are Medusas/Gorgons hybrids or experiments that attempted to recreate the WYRM STARE on Earth Apes?

RubikTree

Love these eye designs-each is unique, beautiful and grotesque.

Glarn Boudin

Oh shit, you're bringing in Vril?!

Donavan Campbell

What happens if U reflect it back I wonder?🤔

SpaghettiBastard

a parasitic soul infection technique to infest another mind with an extension of a WYRMS will. It could be crudely understood as mindcontrol but it is far more intricate

SpaghettiBastard

its a Betelgeuse strain ability for sure but it has been taught to some dragons outside Ebon-scales. Excellent for spy/espionage scenarios

Wintermute

So it's a more advanced form of how vampires control thralls? Hollowing the soul so the host is only a vessel to puppeteer. Wicked magik indeed.

SpaghettiBastard

gorgon eyes are extremely valuable weaponry. OROCHI had a hand in bioengineering them in Martian conflicts. A very small contingent came to earth but the most were sent to SAH-TURN where the Basilisk's Mengele-types have been genetically manipulating them for centuries
