Genuinely heartwarming to see our Azure Star make merry with his cohorts. His empathy levels are high for an Infernal to be sure. Perhaps they are growing from this experience? I wonder how his superiors view this growing empathy…

now that i have collected my thoughts from the Love Mush (HESSIAN EMPATHY…or self/greater interest?) i really enjoy the detail of everyone moving out of the way in fear as the two of them walk down the hallway. Make Way

SpaghettiBastard

just realized I did not upload a whole page exactly during that part. fixed it

SpaghettiBastard

And I would say HESSIAN is a frontline scout/recruiter for the conglomerate, he has the highest empathy levels a demon can afford before it comes a problem (2) and does go so far undercover that he has played a "hero" role in multiple instances. If ordered to; he would not hesitate to commit atrocities but he also understands camaraderie in a human way.

SpaghettiBastard

that sounds like something that would happen in a cool BONEMEN comic story. huh

Dreadcrown_of_Swarms

Crazy! Who would’ve thought? Now if only there was someone who could draw those… 😉

JUST AS ENVISIONED. magnificent. omg thank you for the lore... so far he's struck me as a "just doing my job" kinda guy, an ambassador/face who's much more than meets the eye and could easily have some plans-within-plans stuff going (which i love, obviously). i like seeing this side of him too, it definitely peeks out in the W4R comics w/his dialogue!! having said that, i'm now imagining him as a full-on talent scout handing out flyers about the conglomerate's fabulous employee benefits, private off-planet retreats, and (conditional) health insurance coverage

RubikTree

The Hessian is weirdly personable here-I'd pictured a sociopath with shallow charm but there's a deeper level to his charisma here. Intriguing.

It’s good to see Leopold again he is a favorite of mine
