Is shuck still under the TARTARUS prison system?

SpaghettiBastard

yup. Shuk integration into the KEREBOS network was part of the Devine/Infernal Accords to share technology for the inter-pantheonic construction of the New TARTARUS detention facilities. Gods/Demons and many entities in-between made deals in its creation. Hellhound technology flourished in Olympus space as well as in the Infernal Planes (and others) and each had their own specialized types that were hybridized when the TARTARUS facilities began their aggressive incarceration raids on the universe.
