Kiyone Makibi - November 2016's Tier 4 Request (Patreon)

Kiyone Makibi from Tenchi Universe as a Tier 4 fanart request for pengin senshi.

This is a classic. Though I haven't watched Tenchi series since the show was on air in a strange time in my country back in the days, but I do know her. It's great to do some retro beauty!

And with this, we're done with November 2016's batch. I'm packing things and will deliver them to paid patrons from November as soon as possible.
