Saturday Update April 11 (Patreon)

I feel like I’ve got a lot done these past two weeks, but it really has been draining!

I still have a lot of videos to edit now that they’ve been recorded so this week and probably next week will mostly be editing day. That is, unless a game pops up that I get super excited about!

The videos I have to edit are “Dark roast romance”. “Turquoise stars”, “my new tenant”, “online obsession” part 1, “creepy dates” with hoody/masky, jeff, and Ben, “Monster madness” demo, and the “hey can i show you this game real quick” of “Rule of Rose” and also “Tokyo afterschool summoners”!

Editing these should be a little easier since I already did the longest recordings first, that is, “Fae trap” and “Rabbits burn softly” which were both 2 hour long videos that took forever to edit! I also have to go back and play Fae Trap again to see the messy Bad End that I missed!

I also want to try and edit my playthroughs of Scarlett Hollow Together for easier viewing!

In “old lady” news, gardening season is really starting, it’s getting warmer and I think the dirt in my raised garden bed and containers are all ready! I have a feeling this year will be really great! I’m working towards potatoes, roma and beefsteak tomatoes, cucumbers again, and pepper, both green peppers and jalapeno. I also have a kiddie pool for various herbs and a medium sized bed to start strawberries! I also got a baby blue berry bush and the mulberry sapling I got last year came back to life!

A lot of seedlings have started, especially the cucumber, it’s really a strong one, while none of the peppers I started grew at all single tear emoji. I tried a method of cutting open old water jugs and making them into mini greenhouses that stay outside over winter.

I am not an expert, in fact most of it has been luck. The seedlings I start inside always die and I’ve actually had more luck just putting them right into the prepared garden bed outside as seeds. But this year I’ve paid more attention to fertilizer, compost, acid levels, nitrogen, and all that chemical stuff to try and do this in a semi professional way. But of course who knows, all we can do is our best.

I wish I had an enclosed garden I could grow veggies in, but people also let their cats out in my area and from seeing my grandparents struggling with it, I know how bad they can be for digging, pooping and peeing in flowerbeds, which is a nightmare apparently 😭 I'm excited to see some of these games though, I wanted to play Fae Trap, but I have abandonment issues, and having the LI running back to his butthole of a boyfriend would definitely trigger that 😭 I definitely suggest Yandere Wonderland though, but 100% I recommend downl9ading the Patreon version, it has extra content, the most up to date routes, side stories and even a couple of POV stories, though you really need to read the warnings, there is a lot of stuff like noncon, objectification etc that might upset some people, Soup put a massive warning at the start of the game as well 😊

Another note BTW, there is an artist I've been following for ages who is developing their own yandere game and I think you might actually love it, I believe it will be called "Seeping into your heart" but she's only posting on Tumblr atm I think 😊

One thing I tried is a big thing of chili power and sprinkling it around the plants, it keeps critters away because of the smell and keeps your plants safe as well as beneficial bugs, but it almost always rains right after i do it. I haven't played it in Fae Trap yet but it's not so much that Nyxia LEAVES you, you're suppose to choose things that push him away so you can go home, unless you mean feeling bad for Nyxia for being rejected. But I always say, don't play/watch stuff that you feel uncomfortable with! OOH I just bought the paid version of Yandere Wonderland from their itch.io page. Is that the same as the patreon version? I'll be sure to edit it very carefully. Thank you again for telling me about this game!

I believe they are different, however since you bought a paid version, I can speak to the dev and see if I can send you the Patreon version as it only seems fair, I will warn you, some of the guys are intense 👀

I think I've always struggled with knowing there is another partner involved (it's why I would suck in a poly relationship lol), but depending on how it seems, I might give it a try if I feel comfortable with it 😊

Aw!! Thank you!! They don't have to go through the trouble though! I mostly want them to be alright with whichever version I make a video on (if there's enough to make a video on lol) and no rush! I'm still pretty swamped with games at the moment

I think they want you to have the chance to enjoy as much of the game as you can, since there is more content in the Patreon version, and you did pay for the game 😊
