Just going to say that on human females you can't see the penis inside their bodies because it just goes across to the small of the back. Obviously there are some major differences with werewolves, as it appears the cervix is facing the front instead of down as in humans. What this does to the process of giving birth remains to be seen, but I hypothesize that werewolves give birth either on their hands and knees, or on their sides. Humans typically give birth either on their backs, or in a squatting position.
