At one point a few years ago, Target was selling these really cute ballet flats in several colors, and I purchased them over time either at Target or at Goodwill. I have them in four colors: nude patent, pink patent, black patent, and silver patent. They are super comfy and I actually own more than one pair in black patent. It's a shame that Target stopped selling them. The closest to these now are the "Mohana"  d'orsay flats from the A New Day house brand. But they only come in a few colors, and run big. Still, I'll probably get a couple of pairs of those in a size 10, because the pair own is a little big in size 11.
