I finally found a pair of the "Urban Shoe Myth" from HBO's Sex and the City. The Manolo Blahnik "Campari" pumps are Mary Jane's, one of my favorite kinds of shoes, and in my favorite color, black patent. These are a size 41.5, or about 9.5/10 US, so they are little snug, but I couldn't pass them up for the price ($40!) and they are in great shape. 

Sure, they have a few creases, but they came in their original box, with the dustbag. Somebody originally paid $515.00 (!!!!) for these from Bergdorf-Goodman. 

Additional details: these are 90mm heels or about 3.5 to 3.75 inches.
