I found these during a spur of the moment thrifting trip right after Christmas at Goodwill. They are the Noella from JustFab, a subscription brand that sells shoes and clothes monthly. I've never been interested in that model, but they do produce some cute styles, and this is one of them.  It's a penny loafer at heart with a fringed tassel detail in black patent package.
