You can never go wrong with a pair of flats. A versatile shoe that goes with pretty much everything. And I found these on clearance at Target last year at steep discount from what they normally retail for. I bought pairs in camel/nude and black (these), and I'll post the video of those when I find the clip (or I record it again).  

They feature memory foam insoles, which are becoming common in shoes in general. The last boots I bought from Target had the same memory foam inserts.
