The Goodwill closest to me is closing after being at its location for at least 70 (!) years, and the last time I was there the shoes and clothing on display weren't that great, but I did find these. I don't know the style, but they are part of Cole Haan's Grand O.S. collection. They feature a stirrup detail on the outside of each boot, with a zipper on the inside.
