Pantheon (Recommended by Instancism) and Bloodhounds (Recommended by ReggieH$L) were too long for a normal episode. However, since I'm a few months late in these reactions, I'll carry them over for the movie/long TV show length recommendation months (I explain this in the video).

Anthrope Salmagundi

Steven Universe got me through a tough spot after my big bro’s death so I fw it heavier than most people do, but even I’ll say the start really sucks. It’s the kinda show that takes a while to get the main plot going but in hindsight, the side characters make for good world building. Can see it being too kiddy for KoL but would be glad to see it picked up.

Omega Studios

Fun fact Kol with Tiger Mask W. Firstly Tiger Mask is based on a real pro wrestler in the early 1980s who was so famous he had animes, mangas you name it. Secondly is that one of the companies in the anime is New Japan Pro Wrestling a real life wrestling promotion and the biggest in japan where there are a whole bunch of real wrestlers that make appearances in the anime. Okada Tanahashi Naito Kenny Omega ect.ect

Green Bean

i think Saiki K Dub is more enjoyable, you can try it!

rxrickify

Yoo KOL Asobi Asobase is GOATED!!! The comedy is right up your alley gotta add it to the list when u can

Gough

Great reaction KOL. It definitely starts out a little episodic but develops a solid story in the later episodes once all these characters you see in the opening are introduced. If i can, im gonna donate for you to watch the rest of Season 1 (13 episodes, so 11 episodes left) cuz im really enjoying this content. Related question: If i buy the upcoming movie-length reactions option twice, would that be enough for the rest of Season 1? Since every episode is about 20 minutes long and some people will ask you to watch like 120 minute movies.

KingStation314

KOL for spring season it looks dry so maybe if you enjoyed some of the rec shows you could continue it there.

Toshin D. Raizen

KOL bro I’ve been telling you about Scavengers Reign for the longest. I enjoyed it much more than Blue eyed samurai which came out around the same time. Hope you enjoy

KingStation314

ep 1 was just a taste compare to the rest of the show! I hope he could added it in the future

KingStation314

It looks hard to KOL to keep watching the show"even tho I watched the whole series and Loved it" but I hope in the future he'll comeback to the show

Eric

I think KOL would really come to love Steven Universe. Even though it’s a kids show, its themes and characters 100% have something to offer for adults.

Zawa

thnx for timestamps kol. Any idea when u doing the new poll? (like the monogatari and BSD replacement one) or is that gone gone?

Burke

If were taking votes for steven universe, count me in

Mashiro

what has Kol been seeing? I've only seen wholesome shit with Kanna

Joey Joestar

Will Invincible episode 4 be on Monday?

Zawa

Aho girl VA is Maomao and Tatsumaki

ReggieH$L

🙏 No problem KOL, trust me EVERY single person I recommended Bloodhounds to was satisfied 😁 great characters amazing action, jus glad you're willing to share your reaction with the Mega Church 😁 please watch in original Korean but some enjoy the dub

Acoustic Toad

Happy to see Scavengers Reign caught you off guard !

John Spartan

Late to the party, but here's another vote hoping you continue Asobi Asobase, is short and funny af.

devildandy

some of the gayest recomendations ive ever seen except cromartie and maybe that reign series that seems to have decent reviews on imdb and netflix. the rest eat shit or 2 long winded boring. type of shit only girls watch

MustardDragon58

I can understand it’s not your speed but I don’t think this show is that weird like space dandy and I’ll admit the first episode feels hit and miss, what I like about it is how it makes fun of the tropes you see in anime, so I think you should give it one or two more episodes and if your stance hasn’t changed then that’s fine, just glad you reacted to it.

Xive

KOL I know Saiki is weird and I am the same as you not into that style alot but I promise it is worth it. its actually really funny and builds up on the characters really well

MustardDragon58

Only problem with the dub is that it’s only one season and the new dub for the final season doesn’t feel right

Emperor Raven

Thanks for the backdrop of info.....that's interesting!

Emperor Raven

Sorry about your bro man....rest his soul brotha! At least you found something to enjoy that helps you through that period of your life. <3

Dezzy

How do we get him to watch more Steven universe?

Dezzy

Nah fr how do we get more Steven universe

King Of Lightning

I can see it, the show seems to be pretty fun for long time viewers. Glad to know it helped you in rough times!

King Of Lightning

AYE THAT'S COOL AS HELL! Didn't know the show had roots like that. Much love bro.

King Of Lightning

Yea, I can see the vision for the series for sure PT. I KNOW it's hella popular and if you want to do that then by all means.

King Of Lightning

I plan on doing a poll later this month, so that will likely fill up some spots. Plus I'm watching more shows too

King Of Lightning

Probably doing the poll later this month. Just wanted to sort out the other patreon shows and the PASSIONE+ content.

King Of Lightning

I trust you on that! We'll watch those episodes for the movie/long show Recommendations that will go up soon.

King Of Lightning

Depends on if people recommend more episodes for me to watch, OR it wins a future poll.

Eric

I gotchu. I'll pay for some more episodes when the next recommendation post comes.

Dezzy

Let me know I’ll chip in for Steven universe

Omega Studios

Yeah all good. Makes it more interesting that they portray real people in an anime landscape. Plus the characters in the anime became cameo wrestlers for the opening matches of some PPVs throughout the years
