Continuing to roll through the recommendations from December. This time, WAY more shows and just 1 movie. I HAVEN'T SEEN A TMNT MOVIE IN A WHILE! Eric, it was a treat! The voice acting and style of animation were ON POINT! Reincarnated as the 7th Prince, I CAN SEE being fun, Alba, I'll admit that. It's STILL HARD to get over some of the aesthetic choices though, lol. Scavengers Reign continues to surprise me. It really is a show that's driven by this incredible yet terrifying world. They're cooking. Wakfu vibe I didn't realize was 4Kids level until I watched the English dub. Going back to the French version, it's still the same. It's not to say that it's bad, but it's the line delivery and the voice acting that I need to adjust my mindset for.

W Alba for the show, can't see a future KOL will continue watch the show unless it's recommended LMAOO. But I hope he continue watching the show in the future.

Glad u can see some of the appeal of 7th prince. It is what it is about Lloyds build lmao. I feel u. We all know by now jp can be like that (cough marriage toxin) I rly love the visual effects and colors this series uses for the spells Next arc is rly good and the last arc of S1 is dope so since u not completely against it I'll be be going for it :) Hope we can maintain regular recommendation releases so it doesn't take ages. any chance u could add a rule like (if u dont mind a series I can have a discount making it 3 eps for 60 bucks instead of 2 :P)

sequel movie next year for turtles, but there is a tv show with 2 seasons but i havent seen it. theres an episode where they reference one piece lol

I didn’t see a tier for manga recommendations so I just bought the movie tier. Anyways, if we’re not getting it then he’s probably going with my backup which is The Room

Wakfu does very much start as a kids cartoon in the beginning. But as the show continues, it does gain a more mature tone, as well as an animation improvement. It very much started as an indie cartoon that gained traction over the years.

That special rule would be nice for you blokes that are into this hehe. These are pretty damn fun, wouldn't mind 'em at least once a month if that's all he can do cause we know it's on the lower end of his priorities reasonably.

@Oexian Yeah that's a HARD NO on manga recs lmao, just like you can't recommend video games just because you don't see a tier specifically for 'em. KOL only really dives into manga he truly likes and he wouldn't be willing to do it enough to warrant having a tier for it, he watches TV shows, anime, and films far more than manga consumption.

I was MOSTLY locked in for the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles animated film and it did not disappoint, good characters and fun badass moments! I'm a big fan of the OG TMNT series and '90's live action film, good shit KOL nice to see you getting BACK IN FORM on these recommendation releases! :O

Thanks for the heads up. After reading this, I kinda felt like I wasted $86 for nothing but I think that it was worth a try. Maybe this will incentivize him to read the manga if he ends up liking the anime since it shows that people are willing to pay for it.
