Patreon Tiers & Goals Updated (Patreon)

Hey folks!

I've done a few slight updates to tiers and goals.

I've increases the 'sketch requests goals' from 45min to 1hour, and adjusted up the goal unlocks from $20 to $25 increments, respectively. 

This is to guarantee that sketch requests are the quality I'd like them to be, and gives me more time to make your requests that much better, and so that if i do get a multi-character request I have that little bit of extra time to try and get it to look right and not rushed.

To coincide with this I have also brought the Tier 5 Role up from $20 to $25 as well. It is still limited to 3 patrons, but guarantees a 1-hour commission every month along with many other benefits exclusive to the Patreon, such as animation suggestions and .psd/.csp files.
