uh oh finally this chapter is done. What a hard chapter....
it was quite depressing both the progress and the content inside. I actually quite like it but you know?? It's like you estimated you finish this in like, 5 days but 2 weeks has passed and it's not done yet. It's frustrating to look at the same chapter again and again.

But it's done finally... ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh;A; this author only likes fun stuff, but also want to tell the story I build and the character too. Yolka has a separation anxiety for a reason.

He must be tired with people keep pushing him to his fated mate, even though he dislike him.
The scene in the beginning (dream) is what yolka thought would happen: he will go to doctor office to refuse (because his father ask him to go anyway), and then he go back to uni hassle-free. Andra won't need to know about his ugly self or his past, everyone is happy. But the reality turn into a nightmare he couldn't imagine and was scared andra would back off for real.

BUT ISN'T HE CUTE HSHHSHSHS

I like making yolka's teary or near-teary face. He cling on andra's clothes and refused to let go, so andra can only let yolka hold it. He's a really cute guy with sad past.

About his backstory.. yes, he maintain that state of madness for 2 years. You can see his EPD at this time is still the "normal" EPD:

He's a man with a perfect life who lost everything with a single meeting.

Now you know gulla is a powerful politician's son. He can attend court to get approval for severing the bond (and to remove his gland) without yolka because his parents pulled some strings. Usually both mates must present and give their own testimony about this matter.

If you read the prologue you will see why he is frustrated-- this world where the omega has more standing and privilege due their fight (revolution) many doctors and important person are omegas, their medical technology is advanced, while alpha is not so much. They're not oppressed, no, but definitely get the short end of a stick in some matter.
