Okay I need opinions (Patreon)

I was editing Lucifer S05E12 and right before I start the reaction I saw a spike in the audio and clicked to listen to it and heard this. I have no clue where this sound came from. Kinda freaked out to be honest. I mean i know I've joked about a ghost in my basement where i record but this is pushing it lol.

Can anyone make out what it says if anything. I hear a word but dont want to say it and influence what other hear or dont hear.
