Small Glimmer of Hope (Patreon)

My husband took my broken hard drive into his work on Monday. Someone there who works in the tech department asked him too. They gave him a new cord for it and told me to try it just in case the cord was bad. I had already tried this myself but they wanted me to try a brand new one. It didn't work. He took it back today and let them know it didn't work. They are saying my hard drive is fine its the casing that's the issue. So I have to get a new hard drive (which I'm already trying to do anyway) and they say they can transfer everything to the new drive.

Sounds great but I'm not going to get too excited. When I see its been transferred I'll jump for joy but it is a small glimmer of hope.

Fingers crossed it works when I actually buy the new hard drive.
