Another Mom Update (Patreon)

Didn't get good news today. She didn't get a body scan today. I guess she misunderstood. She went in for bloodwork and to talk about the plan. What we did find out today is she has an aggressive cancer. Its a ER-positive, PR-positive, HER2-positive breast cancer, often called Triple Positive Breast Cancer. Which means the cancer cells grow in response to estrogen and progesterone and makes an excess amount of HER2 protein.

Plan right now is to get a breast MRI, Brain MRI and PET scan. She also has to talk to a breast surgeon.

Still don't know the stage.

I got this information in the middle of my recording day so I spent some time crying and then continued recording as a distraction. So if I seem off in my White Collar 1x12, Haven 1x7 and 1x8 reactions this is why.
