Fire Dancing for the Emperor (Patreon)

"When the young noble began producing bangles that chimed and sparkled from his trunk Fern suppressed a sigh. Having a beautiful wife dance was an easy way to curry favor in the high society but it was hardly original.

Fern thought Khoeli's wife was to be their evening's entertainment. The new Emperor was delighted to find it was Khoeli who intended to dance for them."

In an AU where Fern becomes Emperor, Khoeli arranges a private audience with one of his wives to welcome their new ruler.

While this isn't canon it sure is fun!!
