Thank you all for being so supportive and understanding recently. I pretty much went offline all of last week, and it was definitely the right decision. I'm getting back to filming and editing this week, so early access YouTube edits will start popping up in the next few days, and new reactions will start again next week.

I need to give a disclaimer though. For the moment, I'm staying away from anything that's going to make me cry, because I'm still in the phase where if I start, I literally can't stop. It's going to be tough for a while, because due to what happened, and things we have to wait on, it's going to be several weeks before we can actually have a service and burial. I'm working on my schedule of content right now, and adding in some comedies and animated films to keep spirits up. (I'm staying away from Inside Out for the moment though, because from what I understand, that is NOT something to watch right now 😂).

I'm editing Serenity in small intervals, so I will get it out as quickly as possible, but I think anyone who's seen it understands why that's a tough one at the moment 😅. Fallout is pretty safe though, and I really do want to get Arcane posted on YouTube before season 2 starts.

On a FUN note...I have a really cool surprise for you guys as far as October horror comedies, so I will get that posted as soon as it's ready, and I may try to reschedule the live stream, since I really do love doing those, and it could be a fun way to jump back into things.

You guys are the best, I love you all SO MUCH, and I can't wait to share more with you! ❤️

Take care of yourself, first and foremost. We'll be here!

We're here with you, Jacqui! And if you want any ideas for more comedies, fun adventure, or maybe just some cool stuff we are very happy to help!

We can wait. Your emotional health and well-being can't. Take whatever steps you need to feel safe and stable before jumping back into something that could emotionally wreck you.

Alec Zrike

Glad to see you back, but take as long as you need to get back in the swing. We’re not going anywhere. 💕

Brandon Pierce

Glad you're hanging in there. I sent you some Firefly trivia that you might find interesting btw :)

David Bresson

Buffy should be safe enough to watch for the immediate future, despite being Joss Whedon.

Erik Crosby

Really glad you took the week to rest and recover. Take as long as you need to take care of yourself.

Brett Oliver

Happy to see you’re back! While I’m bummed Pacific will be no doubt on hiatus again (with good reason) I’m excited to see what spooky things you’ll be watching this October!

Jeffrey Yaun

Understood. We can wait while you look after yourself, though it will be good to see you back.

Garrick Smalley

Welcome back? Please take a s long as you need especially with Firefly. My father passed on the 27 of August I'm still tender and expect to be for a bit more time. We (my brother and sisters) will not be getting to his memorial for another few months. My love to you and your family.

You first; the rest will follow

Welcome back! I'm glad to hear things are starting to go better for you. I have a feeling I know what your horror comedy is, but regardless I'm sure it would be great to experience it with you.

Lord Helmet

I’m with everyone here in saying that taking care of yourself is paramount. We can wait. Might I also suggest talking to those who are in your circle. And, if need be, talk to a professional. I know talking to a professional has helped me to a great degree.

I don't know if you've seen it yet, but when I went through something similar, I leaned on "Hot Tub Time Machine." It was the perfect stupid comedy for times like this.

The first four-five seasons, at least. I believe things get more challenging in season six.

Agreed! "Should you ever need us..." Labyrinth (with David Bowie) has always been a good pallette cleanser for me...

Hey, I feel like I haven't been around long enough to contribute massively to the community, but I can only echo what's been said already. I've been there before and the amount of love and support I've seen you receive is really heartwarming. This community really does care and it's so nice to see. Don't rush things on our account. Follow your own rhythm and pace and we'll be here when the new shiny drops. :)

A perfect movie for October and the mood that you're in would be Little Shop of Horrors. Very funny, some great tunes, and the only tears are from laughter!

My father passed away a couple of weeks ago. He abandoned us as kids and tried to reach out as adults, but I never responded. Finally I called my sister and asked for his number so we could talk and he could meet my kids. My sister said she would call me right back. 15 minutes later she called and said she just got the news he died that day. He was a painter, and my half sister sent me a bunch of paintings. I kept one and it felt weird to throw the rest away. I donated them to a thrift shop. It's been almost three weeks and I'm still processing and grieving the abandonment I felt as a child and the guilt of not reconnecting as adults. I don't know why I shared this. I had to write it somewhere. I am sorry for your loss and hope you all the strength to move on.

Brian

Greetings Jacqui! I just joined Patreon to find an update, I was starting to get concerned 😉. Reading your last post here I find myself wanting to share something of my own journey thru grief, but I'm going to put that on hold for now. I don't want to trigger a response you're trying to avoid. I'm looking forward to your next reaction, especially Serenity!

Brian

Light Hearted GOLD: Princess Bride Just in case you haven't seen it yet.

Just became a Patron. I am glad to see you are dealing with your grief. I was A YouTube subscriber so wasn’t aware how far you were with the Serenity video. I was concerned how hard your reaction would be to the story. All my thoughts and prayers to you and the family. Lean on each other.
