Yeeeee, Ted the Tycoon. Guild Master of the Hidden Network, basically retrofitted the Undersociety of Post Apocalyptic USA with internet. Establishing a hidden organization that allows people to convene together in opposition to the laws of the current regime. He can get you most things if you got the rest bargain. Also has a LOT of family baggage, and some unexpected ties to darkness.
