It's the April edition of our monthly AMA-style chat show, WHM After Dark!

We were vibing and imbibing as we answered your questions LIVE! Down a man, with Chris unfortunately falling ill at the eleventh hour, Andrew, Steve & Eric hit the livestream and took some real fun questions like: Which cities or countries did we want to visit after watching some on-location filmmaking? Do we play with Fathom Events? Have Andrew and Steve already given up on the Knicks' post-season dreams? Which actors were we cool on at the start of their career, but who we've warmed up to over the years? What are some of our favorite movie posters and do we have any up on display? Plus, many more Q's are answered and other hilarious stories told (or possibly re-told, we're old) in this edition of WHMAD!

WHM After Dark is a chat show where the guys answer questions asked by YOU, the Patreon supporter! As always, we thank you all so much for being the totally awesome supporters you all continue to be, we wouldn't be able to do this without you all!

Uncertaincurtaincall

Busiris

Do you have any specific actors that you didn't like in their early years, be it for their acting or the specific movies they did, etc, but have grown to love that actor in their later years? If so, what changed about that actor?

Ben Ryerson

Have you ever seen Shoot to Kill (1988)? Pros: Sidney Poitier, Tom Berenger, Clancy Brown, sexaphone, multiple dummies falling off a cliff, bears, naked-ice-cave-survival-sleeping, nature Cons: Kirstie Alley-experienced woodsman

Favorite "420" movies for the "holiday"?

Max Juke

If your pets had an inner monologue a la Homeward Bound/Look Who’s Talking Now, what actor would provide the voice?

Donna Faler

Last night I watched Three Days of the Condor and wanted to kick myself for not watching it earlier in my life. What movies did you finally get around to watching that you thought "Why did I wait so long to watch this?"

Brandon Taper

As someone with a birthday next week (fellow 1983er here), what does an ideal birthday look like for you? How has this changed for you over the decades?

Amanda P

What movie posters are you particularly fond of and do you have any prized posters in your personal collection?

Jason

If y'all were to do an episode on a junk-level reality tv show, which one would it be?

Mike Condron

What did you guys think of The Pitt finale and Season 2 on the whole?

Ryan Horn

What other remakes were considered for this month? Can we expect episodes on them in the future?

Billie Jackson

Have been wondering what Fugazi album is Cabin's favorite and/or what his thoughts are on any of the previous bands, Minor Threat, Embrace or Rites of Spring.

Billie Jackson

Was Nick Nolte ever attractive? I think there might have been a window of time around the Houston movie. In more recent times he could very easily fit in the M. Emmett Walsh role.

Billie Jackson

Has the Galleria Mall ever been in a movie that wasn't at least entertaining, even if not good?

Mike Olsen

What director do you think gets a bad rap?

TayterTot

Hey Gang! I'm a "fat kid summer" veteran who has recently begun a weight-loss journey. It's been a bit of a struggle, but I've found the biggest challenge to be not snacking while watching movies. Since I presume you all do a lot of movie watching at home, do any of you have the same issue? Do you have any tips to busy yourself that don't involve being on your phone? Thanks guys!

Zora McBride

Hello sirs, Erick, proud dude kid/blue suit here. any chance now that all the conspiracies are proven not to be conspiracies, any chance of a BIOOS reboot reboot? love you guys to death; thanks for all the laughs since 2016!

Zora McBride

Hallos, Chris Cabin, fellow metalhead here--who are your favorite metal artists? Love the Meshuggah shoutouts--none better!

Lar

Any chance y’all will ever get to go to that Korn show you were gonna go to before Covid hit?

Kevin Lynch

What’s a movie that you think should be remade and inversely, what’s a movie that you think should never be remade

Adam

Dawn Elicia

Is there a movie you wish you can see for the first time ago.

Lee Hawken

Steve, did Joel Schumacher enjoy 'SPECTRE'?

Dawn Elicia

I know you are busy with all the shows you have. Would you consider a side show doing Dr Who starting with the 2006.

Dawn Elicia

With Chuck Norris passing away his politics aside he would make a fun movie month.

Uncertaincurtaincall

For the holiday yesterday, what is your favorite stoner movie?

Billie Jackson

Has there ever been a movie greatly reshaped by editing aside from Annie Hall? The Shaw Brothers Hammer film coproduction Legend of the Seven Golden Vampires had much of its plot coherence removed in the Seven Brothers vs. Dracula version, but is the only example I can think of.

Kay Lynch

I love when you all laugh at each other’s jokes. 🥲

Kay Lynch

Hard Rain rules!!! So underrated. I like to double it with River Wild.

Kay Lynch

Blue Collar is amazing.

Justin Blackwood

Little late but I hope y'all see this. The VHS rental store is Retro Rewind and is awesome, it's like that grocery simulator game but so much better. There is also another game where you are trying to make an arcade in the back room of your dad's laundromat, Arcade Paradise. In it you run the front of the store, washing, drying, and folding clothes along with cleaning up the place. While you are doing that you buy and get arcade games out in the back that you can play, old school Atari ish like games and skeeball, collect the money from the machines and jukebox, rinse and repeat. Arcade Paradise was on the Xbox store they you could play from anywhere so if you only have a Mac you could use it too. Fun times!

RJ Cunningham

Let’s not pretend white guys from NYC aren’t a solid Trump voting block. The whole pretending Boston is in the 1960s gets more tired and annoying each year. Speaking of Trump fans, Kurt Russell may be the “all-time kid actor turned into accepted actor.” Russell is a top 5 action star ever, pretty good for a an annoying Disney kid.

RJ Cunningham

Jaws can never be remade. To be honest, a 27 year old Spielberg’s Jaws in 2026 would be a shade of what the actual Jaws is. The 70s, the cheaper budget, there is so much that contributes to that movie that is not due to Spielberg, even with all his talents

Jack Parisi

Have you been watching Widow’s Bay?

Meghan McGehee

My father and I got tickets for our first ever Wrestlemania and it got canceled due to the pandemic 😭
