The only problem I had is Polanski didn’t buy the big one at the end

Samuel McGuire

This is some of the finest pod y’all have done. Like Steve’s grilled cheese, I had to watch OUATIH again, after hearing yall analyze, joke and LOVE this movie. That is a SWEATY acronym.

The Haunting of Sharon Tate is one of those bad films that is too distasteful to really enjoy. There's literally a scene where her and her guests are playing a fortune telling game and she asks "will I live a long life?"

LoganTheWise

Alright alright! Time to fire up an acid dipped cigarette, take my dog on a walk and fire up this episode

Ed Harris

Cool, seeing this in the theater was one of the best movie going experiences I've had in a while.

Anthony Simon

I laughed so hard at “Et tu Donald “ that I couldn’t breathe.

LoganTheWise

Same, I'm glad I saw it in theaters. Hopefully I can get the bluray for those deleted scenes.

Sebastien Bourget

Thanks guys for another great patreon exclusive episode. Worth my 5 bucks everytime.

Was so surprised they picked this as a WLM. This movie was so damn pointless and white. Might be the first ep i skip

fastandsloppy

Cool. This will be my first patreon exclusive!

Cameron Logan

I just finally saw this so perfect timing for a WLM!

Tony Garvey

Oh man, loved this in the theatre but got drunk and don't remember much of the ending! So ahead of a rewatch this is perfect to get me jonesin' to see it again (especially as I know idiots who say IT'S BORING wtf)

StevieWayne16

I loved it all, especially the brutality those bastards endured at the end, knowing they were real people and what they did. That was the beauty of it. Every time I watch i see something new that i love. Thanks for this great episode.

Gregory Hughes

I'm 55, same as Brad Pitt. That's just mean.

Guys trying to justify foot fetish and Bruce Lee disrespect for coupla minutes straight... umm, what's for dinner, I guess.

I just read someone on Twitter (it was an rt and I forget who posted originally or I would credit them) saying QT's movies are often at points, juvenile. But isn't QT's whole world view in his films juvenile intentionally? He's recreating these things that he loved when he was at an impressionable age. That's why everything feels so heightened or exaggerated. The violence is over the top, the conversations are all witty or acerbic, etc. We're seeing what he saw as a juvenile in his work and I think you have to buy into that going into his movies. I just thought it was an odd criticism.

Robert Christian McKinney

I get what the guys are saying, obviously anyone who knows anything about martial arts films knows the importance of Bruce Lee and this film won't diminish that. That being said I just found it to be an unnecessary scene.

Chris

God I need to watch OUATIH so I can have an opinion on this Bruce Lee nonsense

Kevin Scheffelmair

Next best thing to bounty law? 1958's Wanted dead or alive with Steve McQueen

James Daugherty

Gonna pour myself a cognac and relax with this pod.

Brittany Mitchell

Does anybody else feel like Margot Robbie is wasted in this film? You could get any pretty blonde. Why waste such a talented woman to smile in the camera? Although it is a beautiful smile.

Alexis

Agreed. I have a feeling QT just cast her for the cinema scene so he could jack off over her feet.

Big Danny Cool

Does anyone think Cliff Booth might be the father of Floyd from True Romance?
