I give this episode of “The Mandalorian” an “A+”. Definitely Better Than Ezra. Thrawn! 😱

John Locke

You said trash but I don't think it means what you think it means.

NFlux Forever

It means she's a transphobic POS

“Throat or scrot.” LMFAO 🤣 Steve sounds like an anxious partner. “I just don’t know where this relationship is going.”

Felipe Sobreiro

This episode is kind of a Thrawn Gleep Glossary

Bill Williams

I'm digging this season, but it does seem like a backdoor pilot to an expanded tv universe.

Masters of the Teras Kasi. Now that’s a name I’ve not heard in a long time. A long time.

PlutoniumTorch

The Force Unleashed had a cool smash brothers ripoff as multiplayer, on the wii at least.

And damn it Andrew, mortal kombat 11 has a fun ass story!

Jake Kroker

The human/yoda looking guy is Even Piell. His species is Lannik.

smilderfield

what lightsaber fight in TLJ is steve referring to as “the best?” surely he meant the fight from TPM? 🤨

Yeah I agree with a lot of the reservations the guys have. Last season I liked that there was more stories related to bounty hunting and had smaller stakes. This season seems more like disney is trying to bring more viewers to older and weaker properties by teasing cartoon characters with potential future stories in the Mandalorian. However, you keep showing me sequences like the opening and I'm on board for whatever. I will still refuse to watch the Clone Wars. Oh and anyone else think that the smile Ahsoka shares with Grogu at the end was because this test at the temple she's sending them to is actually for Mando? She's not worried how Grogu will turn out but she is worried how he'll turn out with Mando as his mentor... Or something. Maybe we'll get some darkside visions for Mando next week.

Based on Eric's comments at the end, he's rereading the Bounty Hunter Wars trilogy. Funny enough, I'm doing the same thing for the first time in ~20 years. Those books are such an interesting mix of bad/repetitive writing and really unique character concepts.

Random BG guy here. I wish I could help ya Eric, but the only advice I have is to register with Central Casting and shave your head. It makes life easy for the prosthetics and makeup people, so you get to play aliens more often. That's basically how I got that gig, the Borg gig, and what would have been a recurring alien gig on Orville had it not been for the pandemic....and the show getting cancelled. I offered to forgo getting paid for a day (or donate the check to a charity of their choice) in exchange for one of the awesome Mandalorian Season 2 hoodies the crew was wearing, but that was a no-go. If they ask me back for season three I'll put in a good word <3

I'm trying to catch up on these episodes but I can't seem to find the first one. Looking in the tag or searching "mandalorian" doesn't turn up a result. Can someone please help me out?

Jibby Swiffer

The first one was non exclusive. You can find in on spotify etc.

Dan sulin

The red room with the imperial guard dudes with Rey and Kylo. Say what you will about that movie but even the haters can’t knock that fight

Cody Downs

Finished this episode earlier today. As always, highly enjoyable! Unless someone can prove me wrong, Andrew -- compared to Chris, Eric & Steve -- failed to give a letter grade to "The Jedi", as he wanted to wrap up the recording. So, Andrew: what's your final verdict (grade-wise)?

Matt Ambrose

All the talk about the de-aged Mark Hamill possibly making an appearance has made me embrace the idea I've seen in a few spots of Sebastian Stan (Winter Soldier) stepping in to play a post ROTJ Luke Skywalker.....could be okay.

Jeremy Thomas

As a father I notice the baby sounds the child makes. So I think what Rosario Dawson really wants to say to Mando is "It's a baby you fucking idiot!!! I can't train a baby!!! Did you change its diaper yet?"

Zack Hansen

This episode should have been called the xenomorph. Not just for the fact that you got Michael Biehn running around with his shotgun, that he keeps around for close encounters. It's also got ahsoka picking off the guys in the alleyways one by one. She even does rising up from the bottom of frame behind unsuspecting victims.

Bob Goodrich

The friggin samurai duel at the end of this episode was dope as hell. That and the slow walk through the street while bystanders watch from windows? And the use of wind and dust and smoke? Whoever shot this thing ADORED Kurosawa, and particularly Yojimbo!

Red Fox Comix

“Unless they’re gonna de-age Mark Hamill, and that’s not gonna look good” *collar tug*

Otelia Finnen

I'm listening to this after watching the entire season and....yeah
