On this installment of our latest Star Wars Universe re-cap show, Obi-Pod Kenobi, we're chatting about the action-heavy fifth part of the Disney+ limited series!

This episode has Obi-Wan and company returning to Jabiim just in time to fend off the invading imperial forces, a pretty important "opposite sides of a door" conversation, Vader super-pissed off once again, Reva getting a promotion, Leia pulling a John McClane, and one big, sad explosion! PLUS: The gang has a revelation about one of the production crew member's previous jobs!

Obi-Pod Kenobi is our re-cap show covering the entire Disney+ miniseries event. Thanks so much for being a TOP. TIER. WHM Patreon subscriber! You all keep this ship afloat!

Knew they would be pissed when the grand inquisitor was still alive. Rebels knowledge made his come back a sure thing for me lol

This show has got me hyped for the Darth Vader show that you just KNOW Disney is gonna churn out.

Now I’m imagining Running Up That Hill playing every time Vader gazes wistfully out a window

When Vader was force pulling the transport the size scale was totally off. Either he was to big or the transport was way too small to fit all those people

This series has brung balance to the force

A Moment of silence for NED-B :( Sleep well, metal prince.

I'm a weirdo that didn't love this episode. I wish they would have played the flashback in its entirety at the beginning, I dont need my little hand held for the scenes that are harking back to it. I also thought it was very silly that Reva could have just cut open the door any time she wanted. I feel like we are going to get a scene of Vader realizing that Ben is hiding his kid and Anakin is just going to let him go. They have to explain at this point why Vader doesn't just go to Tatooine to shank Ben now that they know where he is.
