On this episode of The Nexus, Chris Cabin joins the show for the first time to discuss the TOS episode, "Charlie X," where the crew of the Enterprise deals with a spoiled brat teenager who can kill them all,  and the TNG episode, "Code of Honor," which is probably one of the most racist episodes in all of Star Trek history—oh, and Geordi uses an electric razor! 

The Nexus is a We Hate Movies podcast where the guys futilely go through two Star Trek series at the same time; cover art by Felipe Sobreiro.

Guys I'm at a loss here. I don't know how many times you mentioned the Twilight Zone move but didn't mention that John Lithgow was playing the same role that William Shatner played in the original series. Then what if John Lithgow was playing other William Shatner roles in the movies?!? We get Captain Lithgow that's what. Come on guys!

Charlie X is decent but Code on Honor is garbage. Not one good moment in it and for as much as I hate it when people cry "racism" at even the slightest infraction, you can't avoid it here. This episode is bad and for whatever reason was ALWAYS the episode I'd find on when I'd want to watch TNG while channel surfing.
