Just finished listening to the Paul Blart: Mall Cop episode, and it reminded me of when the movie was released on DVD I was working at a Movie Gallery and it was our biggest title by far. It stayed sold out. They would play the trailer every 30 minutes, and all day long people would ask “Do you have Mall Cop?”. It drove me crazy. One day I finally had enough and when an obnoxious guy came in yelling about “Mall Cop” and how he couldn’t find it on the New Release wall, I acted like I didn’t know what he was talking about. I said “Mall Cop? I haven’t heard of that I’m sorry. Let me look it up. Sorry sir, the computer says we don’t have a movie named Mall Cop” and he yelled PAUL BLART! And I replied “Oh you mean Paul Blart: Mall Cop, sorry, that’s the name of the movie. Not Mall Cop, and sorry it’s sold out” and he got super mad and walked out of the store cursing those damn clerks behind the counter. The next day I came in and he had called and complained to my manager. I fessed up that I got tired of it and what happened but I had been a good employee til then so they just gave me a warning. To this day I’ve never watched that movie. And now thanks to you and that great episode I never have to. Thank you gentlemen. My question is have you ever gotten in trouble for being so fed up with a movie or truthful about a movie that it came out in not the best way?

Adam
