I did it. I finally found THE dress.

Red silk, floor-length, slit up the thigh… and it hugs every inch of me like it was made for my body. The saleswoman said size 4 was "made for girls like me." ----- lbs on the scale this morning my lowest in years

Tonight's the Manhattan Journalism Gala. My big night. Channel 6 is finally taking me seriously, and Donnie's picking me up at 8. He hasn't seen the dress yet… I can already picture his face 😘

After the gala, he's taking me to that little Italian place in Little Italy. Wood-fired pizza, red wine, candlelight… my turtle really knows how to spoil me

I've never felt more beautiful. More confident. More ME.
