📌チャットルーム不具合について About the chat room issue (Patreon)

かなり前から、新規の有料プランご加入者様より「プランに加入したのにチャットルームが “見えない”, “表示されない”」というご報告をたびたびいただいております。

Patreon側に直接問い合わせてみたのですが、まず不具合であることは間違いないし、私がそのチャットルームの設定を更新すると再び支援者の皆さまに表示されるという、なんか不思議な解決法も見つけました。😅

ただ、一番肝心な「加入したばかりの方」には表示されないため、根本的な解決策にはなりませんでした。

この問題によって、プランに加入されたのにzipファイルを見つけられず、がっかりされた方、戸惑われた方には、心よりお詫び申し上げます。🙏

そこで、ちょうど最近Discordを新しくオープンしましたので、こちらのDiscordにもzipファイル専用のタブを早急に追加しておきます。もしプランにご加入いただいたのに不具合でチャットルームが表示されない場合は、Discordからzipファイルをダウンロードしていただけるかと思います！

For quite a while now, I've been getting occasional reports from new paid-tier patrons saying that even after joining a tier, the chat room is "not visible" or "not showing up."

I reached out to Patreon directly about it, and first of all, it's definitely a bug. I also found a kind of odd workaround — if I update the chat room's settings on my end, it shows up for patrons again.😅

But it doesn't work for the people it matters most for, those who have just joined, so it isn't a real fix.

To everyone who joined a tier and couldn't find the zip files because of this, and felt disappointed or confused — I'm truly sorry.🙏

So, since I recently opened a new Discord server, I'll be adding a dedicated zip file tab there as soon as possible. If you've joined a tier but can't see the chat room because of this bug, you should be able to download the zip files through Discord instead!
