September print preview - Kagome/Inuyasha (Patreon)

Sooo truth be told I have never actually seen Inuyasha... I kind of know the main premise, I know a couple of the character's names etc... but anyway, I didn't know how I wanted to draw Kagome at all, because I don't really know her ;;;;

I actually did try for an action pose initially (with her bow/arrow) but I find action poses don't look good with my style/skill set. x_x So I wanted to draw a very "me" kind of Kagome... so here we are... lol

I think I might want to add some of the other characters as chibis as well!! I remember I used to draw this kind of illustration a lot when I was young too, like "big front facing character holding a bunch of other chibi characters" lol. It's a very shoujo type of look.

Alsoooo I wanted to just try drawing a big face. I know I draw that a lot, but I don't think I've done one for a print yet; I always try to put some extra focus on the outfit too.

Anyway I hope you guys like it so far, it's not quite done yet, and I still have to start the stickers too!

Also, Mermaid Melody packages will be going out this week! :-) Finallllyy!!
