February 2022 Rewards - Spirited Away (Patreon)

Hey everyone, happy February!!!

I wish I had known my upload schedule last year, I would've had a more February-themed series for Feb, but alas.....

♡♡♡♡♡♡♡♡

Introducing the February set, Spirited Away!!

Not gonna lie I had a hell of a time doing this one :,) Miyazaki films are all so gorgeous and, I feel like my art style does not run in line with at all... aesthetic wise... so I had a really tough time figuring out how I wanted to make Spirited Away my own.

For the print, I was originally going to do full watercolour, but I was having a tough time with it so I ended up doing most of it in gouache. The background was ultimately a bitch, (lol) I really underestimated the work I made for myself.

Tools used on the print were mainly Acryla gouache, Rohrer & Klingner india ink, and Windsor & Newton professional watercolours.
