February update: Ladybug sets shipped & reminder to move tiers! (Patreon)

So first thing's first; yes, Miraculous Ladybugs sets have been shipped! 💖 They all shipped out a couple of weeks ago and should be slowly starting to arrive now. Again, this will be the last set shipped through us and the last set managed through the Patreon platform, so it will be less headaches for everyone going forward.

Moving on to the absolute ridiculousness that is this platform Patreon! ^^♥ It would appear that even though I deleted all of my old tiers, those who haven't moved over to the currently remaining tiers ($2 and $5), are STILL being charged full price from the tiers they used to be on, even though those tiers don't exist anymore! ^^

And! And!!!!! ^^

If I wanted to pause payment on my account so this could not happen, my Patreon would at that point be "locked", and Patrons are at that point unable to even move or cancel the tiers they are subscribed to! ^o^

This service makes absolutely no sense. I am past my limit with this place. I hate it so, so, much.

Anyway, moving on, we have done our best today to refund everyone from February who paid over $5, because all of you technically ended up paying for services that don't exist anymore. We will continue to do so as these payments continue to appear, or until Patreon can actually do something to help us stop these payments.

Ideally though, what you guys can do for me now is of course: please change your tiers (or cancel) if you haven't already. This will save us from having to refund you and will save you from being charged for something we are no longer offering.

So again, to reiterate (if you have not done so already) please do one of the following:

• 1.) Move to our $2 Support Club,
• 2.) Move to our $5 Digital Club
• 3.) Cancel your membership

I'm aiming to bring back Ocean Club for March 1st (fingers crossed) on oceaninspace.com, which will be the Princess Sakura set. Look forward to it!♥
