Final Fantasy VII Rebirth Diaper Mod is Here!

This mod is a work in progress, and I’m still adding new content and fixing bugs. Please note that there may be some texture issues along the way, but testing takes time, especially considering how massive (and beautiful) the game is :)

It’s been a challenge, as I’ve had to modify over 40 meshes to incorporate diapers into the outfits of all characters.

Currently, you’ll find diaper mods and variations for:

Cloud

Tifa

Aerith

Yuffie

Cait

This mod is modular. An explanation has been added as picture to this post. To make a character mod fully work, you'll need it's full vertical stack of files combined in the "~mods" folder of the game (you need to create it in the "Pak" folder").

Future updates will include Goodnites, pacifiers, diaper under clothes, and of course, wet mods :)

[08/06/2025] Added Tifa Diapered topless, Aerith diapered (normal and poofy) topless and Yuffie diapered (normal and poofy) open top.

[25/05/2025] Added Tifa diapered (poofy diaper) topless.

[08/04/2025] Added Cait Sith Diapered with bonnet (Rebirth_DP_mod_Cait_Bonnet_P) and Scarlet diapered under long dress (Rebirth_DP_mod_Scarlet_DPUDP_P).

[07/04/2025] Fixed Rebirth_DP_mod_Elena_DPUDP_P (no textures showing). Added Scarlet diapered).

[04/04/2025] Added Elena diapered under pants (not tested yet)

[03/04/2025] Added Cait diapered with a few diaper variations. Rebirth_DP_mod_BASE_P has been updated so you'll also need to re-download it.

[30/03/2025] Fixed Rebirth_DP_mod_Yuffie_Paci_P, Rebirth_DP_mod_Yuffie_Under_P, Rebirth_DP_mod_Yuffie_Under_Paci_P and Rebirth_DP_mod_Yuffie_P. Now all Yuffie mods should work as intended :)

[29/03/2025] Fixed Yuffie's goodnites mod. Added poofy diaper versions for Cloud, Aerith, Tifa and Yuffie (only base appearance). The BASE diaper mod files have been updated.

[26/03/2025] Added Cloud diapered under shorts and Tifa diapered under jeans. Added a mod manual as picture to this post.

[22/03/2025] MEGA Update : Added Goodnites, diaper under pants, pacifiers, bib&bonnet. For Goodnites, choose the character goodnites files you want and add the Rebirth_DP_mod_Goodnites_P files. The last additions only affect the default appearance so keep the Rebirth_DP_mod_BASE_P files in your ~mod folder. You'll also need to re-download this files (Rebirth_DP_mod_BASE_P). I'm still testing and fixing. Also this mod is becoming complex so a detailed guide on which files to use will be published soon.

Nice, any change of clothes as well? Like tutu over diaper for Tifa or Aerith? Things like that?

Diaper under clothes are coming next but I had issues with clothes swap so I won't go further. Pacifier, bib and bonnet are being added and wet mod are next.

Oh dumb question. I see you have Tifa with a diaper under her clothes but when I added the mods in to the folder it didn't show. Is there a specific file I need to put in or am I just missing something lol.

Is it possible to mix the Goodnight and Diaper mods? I wanted to put Yuffie in Goodnights, but she appears in nappies like the rest of them. I put the new version of the BASE mod, as well as the Goodnights mod and Yuffie's Goodnights mod into the folder, but she ends up in a textureless nappy instead.

Diaper Mods

That's the way I imagined the mod so it should work but I haven't met Yuffie yet. This behavior is tested with Aerith and Tifa so far. I'd use Rebirth_DP_mod_BASE_P, Rebirth_DP_mod_Goodnites_P, Rebirth_DP_mod_Yuffie_Goodnites_P and any of the Yuffie diaper variations and mod files for the other girls. Important : Yuffie nad most of the characters have tons of models. I only modded the playable ones so if you see Yuffie unmodded while still having all the files it might be an unmodded model. I think I'll see her soon in my game to investigate.

Finally got Yuffie officially added to my party. With the BASE, Goodnights, and Yuffie_Goodnights packs installed, she appears in a textureless nappy in alternate outfits, and her normal outfit is unchanged. I dropped a diaper texture into the mod folder as well, and it cleared up the lack of texture for her swimsuit and Moogle outfit versions. But the main one remains unchanged. Interestingly, I did not put in the Rebirth_DP_mod_Yuffie_P files. So something about the Goodnights mod pack is letting it display the diaper textures and isn't working on the base model at all.

I got to the point when she joins the party and was able to fix the mod. You can re-download the Yuffie Goodnites files :)

Diaper Mods

Sorry, I didn't see your message before. I just tested Rebirth_DP_mod_Tifa_Under_P and Rebirth_DP_mod_Tifa_Under_Paci_P and they both worked. For them to work you also neeed the files from the archives : Rebirth_DP_mod_BASE_P and one of the Tifa diaper variation (ex : Rebirth_DP_mod_Tifa_LFB_BB_Usagi_wet_P).

Any chance we’ll get clothless (nonpoofy) varriants for tifa, aerith and yuffie? Or a normal paci mod for aerith? Love your work on this mod thus far.

Diaper Mods

The non-poofy conversion was easy, but Aerith and Yuffie weren't. I hesitated at first because it took me a lot of time to make Tifa, but I eventually found a way to do it faster. It's online now :)

Amazing work, like always. Portions of the breasts are pixelated, but it’s not a big deal.

This is incredible. I signed up specifically for this, thank you for making it! I also appreciate that you make clothed versions, not just completely exposed diapers. Sometimes, seeing clothing fail to hide the diaper is nicer than having it on full display. On that note, if you ever come back to this game, would it be hard to give Aerith an under clothes diaper? She has the short dress with good nights, but is it possible to put a diaper under her normal dress? Even if exaggerated slightly in size so that it shapes her dress more easily.

Thanks :) I'm not planning to return to this game for now but I could eventually give it some attention before part 3 gets released.

Saddly it seems those mods do not work anymore in August 2026. Just finish the Intergrade with the Diaper mod, I was happy to see there was something for Rebirth, but after close to 2 hours struggling to make it work I'll just cut my loss here... After searching for a fix I discovered that the latest version broke almost every outfit mods, so since it's already 1 year and a half old I guess an update on this mod is basically not on the menu. It's a shame, i was really looking forward too playing with it while waiting for the 3rd one to come out :(

Thanks for the feedback. I didn't play the game since the release of the mod. I'll check it out to see what broke and if/when I can restore it.

Took a break from FF7 for other games. Came back and yeah, the mod crashes the game every time I try to load my save. Removing it allows me to play again, but obviously feels like something is missing. ;)
