And with 2026 comes the first mod: Cyberpunk 2077 diaper mod \o/

You'll find 2x17 diapers (both normal and poofy), 4 diapered under clothes bottoms, 4 pacifiers and 5 Tshirts for both male and female player characters.

A friend gifted me the textures used to create the T-shirts ;)

Prerequisites: CyberEngineTweaks, Red4Ext, TweakXL, ArchiveXL.

Instructions to install the mod: place the .archive and .xl files in archive/pc/mod/, and the .yaml file in r6/tweaks/.

The poofy diapers will clip with clothes in normal poses and all diapers will clip in extreme poses.

Only the tshirts replace existing items in the game. The others are added by the mod.

The spawn codes you need to enter in the console to add the equipment to your inventory are in the .txt file included in this post. You must complete the first mission to be able to change your outfit.

Pacifiers have versions for fenec, fox, jaguar and wolf heads from Biosculpted Exotics Expanded (see codes in the text file to spawn them).

Note: If you installed the Christmas preview mod, I strongly recommend deleting the item from your inventory, saving your game, and then installing the new mod. The two mods are not meant to coexist.

The DP_mod_poses is optional and standalone. It replaces the following original photo mode poses (and works with the wet mod as well):

For npc no pants mod, use V2 by default. It has been tested with default appearance with success. There could be issues with other appearances. If you encounter one where the diaper becomes all fuzzy and distorted, try the V1 and message me with the character name and diaper model (a screenshot or save could help).

Some custom diapers have been added to diapermod_a and EBBPRB version but not in the npc mod. This leads to some wrong references sometimes. If a diaper model does not work, try the poofy version (usually more stable).

Diaper dress contains its own spawncode text file in the archive.

The wet mod will follow as always :)

Oh I must have used an old file when I updated the post. Sorry for that. The codes are : Game.AddToInventory("Items.diaper_megamaxblack") and Game.AddToInventory("Items.diaper_megamaxblack_poofy"). I uploaded the fixed list.

There are too much NPCs to mod them all but I just updated the mod with a version of Judy and Panam. I haven't met them yet so I couldn't test the results in game. There is also a mod called "Appearance Menu Mod" that could eventually be useful (also needs testing).

I love the poses, but is there a way to have them in a separate pose set for photo mode (I have quite a few poses installed that way) that do not overwrite the base poses in the Idle set?

The import of all poses is quite tedious. You'll have to enable / disable the mod manually to switch between this one and the others. Sorry.

I've noticed an incompatibility with the exotics extended versions of Judy and Panam. Judy just doesn't wear at all as a fennec fox and Panam's diaper only appears in her clothed outfits.

That's normal: both mods alter the same files to change appearances. Other than modifying the exotics extended myself, which I won't do, I see no way of fixing this. You can use the diapered-under-pants version of the mod which does not change appearance files but clothes directly. That should be compatible :) (re-download the last version)

oddly enough i think judy is still bugged for me, no idea why but when im at the "i really wanna stay at your house" mission shes missing legs and the diaper just stays in place floating in front of her

Is there a possibility to have more body mods compatible in the future, i use EBBPRB, and i get a lot of clipping, kind of sad as i paided 5 bucks. But my entire mod list is based around this body so i cant really change. I couldn't see a description before. So I'm just hoping support will be added in the future

I’m truly sorry for the disappointment. While it’s impossible to ensure compatibility with every existing mod, I’m doing my best to create enjoyable and stable content. I have just uploaded an updated version of the base mod, EBBPRB. Tested with success with the base body of EBBPRB. The diapered-under-clothes outfits have been removed and won't be compatible. Use this file instead of the base DP_mod_a one. The npc and poses mods can be used with it :)

Thank you so much. been loving them after the patch. Davids jacket works perfect with them. I appreciate such a fast response, it was well worth what i paid. my recommendation is to keep compatibility with this body and Angel body to save yourself some time on doing like 10 different variations of the hyst body. They are the two most popular and have the most popular collections connected to them. You did an amazing job and im kinda hoping for more skins like abu's peekabus and lavenders.

New bug im noticing or maybe just the codes are missing, alot of the diapers clean versions, the molicare, little kings, potty pants, have no clean versions, idk if that may just be a error on my end or something is missing or codes are missing

It’s so nice to see someone so active with their mods. I hope you try more diapers like abu lavenders and peakabus. I appreciate you doing so much for me. If you want more attention I’d recommend converting the diapers to angel body as well. That way the two most use bodies are compatible. You should be really proud of your work. It really has made cyberpunk that much better for me ^^

Any hope for the compatability version for Equipment-EX mod? It basically allows you to lair multiple pants/shirts/hats in the same slot. Out of the box the diapers have a perfect looking waistband peek with most pants (including modded ones) when forced under the pants, but the padding part clips. Could you maybe add a couple waistband-only options to use with Equipment-Ex (or any other mods that allow layering), with padding outright removed or stripped down?

Base mods and spawn codes have been freshly updated, now including waistband-only diapers (see the end of the list). I’ve adjusted them to fit very closely to the body to minimize clipping. I've also added support for the Equipment-Ex mod, but testing was unsuccessful. I suspect a version compatibility issue with one of the prerequisites.

I've tested it (image related), but making it fit very closely to the body seems to cause more clipping. Does Cyberpunk have a support for transparent textures/alpha? Maybe instead of changing the mesh you can just make the padding part of the texture transparent? They already have (in the DP_mod_a_npc_dlc file) but it depends on the selected appearance. For Songbird appearance 1 in photomode is a diaper under pants version while the appearance 2 is a nopants version.

Done for base mod and EBBPRB version. Beware there is a bug if you use the base mod and the diapered npc version together that replaces the little mermaid non poofy diapers with clean M4s. The poofy version is not affected.

Im unable to get any of the dpudp items to spawn? I tried with and without the npc mod, although the code for them is in the base mod (which i did install and the exposed diapers work fine) so im unsure if that plays any effect. I also have ebbprb installed, I dont know if that plays any effect or not. I've hit reload mods on the overlay and still nothing.

The first two big blocks of spawn codes in the list are for diapers. They work with the base mod or the ebbprb version unless explicitly stated differently. Then there are various other pieces of diapered clothing and pacifiers. Most of them are added pieces because the material system of the game was not suited to easy wetting / messing / diapering customization. This implies that they wont be purchasable in game and only available by codes. I tried a mod that was supposed to allow the item to be added for in-game online purchase but that did not work.

The Ebbprd and base mod are not intended to be used simultaneously. For the Ebbprb to work you need the Hyst_BigBreasts PUSH UP - Big Booty (EBBP RB) mod and it's prerequists (available here : www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/9083?tab=files)

So I downloaded all of the mods and the base version. not the ebbprb version, and I still can't spawn any of the diapers. All the other mods seem to be working, but for some reason I can't obtain any of the items. Is there a fix to this? I probably installed it wrong somewhere tbh

Sorry for this inconvenience. Have you installed the prerequisites (CyberEngineTweaks, Red4Ext, TweakXL, ArchiveXL.) ? Then start with only dp_mod_a abnd place it's .archive and .xl files in archive/pc/mod/, and the .yaml file in r6/tweaks/.

Out of curiosity, have you consider making one of those diaper dresses/corset diapers for your mods? It's a diaper that goes all the way up to the chest basically. I'm sure some would be interested in that. It would cool to have that for cyberpunk and future games.

I've seen plastic pants that go very high in some stores but these were meant to be worn over the diaper. Would this look like a diaper one (or more) sizes too large on the body ?

Well they don't really exist per say. So you won't find them in stores. They're often drawn in abdl art. A very high waist diaper. Can I send/post a link to you with a good reference of one to get a visual idea? It's a sfw 3d render someone did a couple years ago.

There should be a file Cyberpunk 2077\r6\tweaks_dp_mod.yaml in your game folder. This is the file that has the commands and some data linking them to items. Could you check if the file is present and that the commands you type indeed appear in the file (I left them commented on lines like # Game.AddToInventory("Items.diaper_m4wet").

Sorry for the delay. This mod is very basic and does not need any third party addition. To install it you just have to place the file (DP_mod_poses.archive) in the game's Cyberpunk 2077\archive\pc\mod\ folder. I tested it a minute ago with success so if that did not work it could be because another mod overwrites the same assets.
