ARCANE SEASON 2 EPISODE 5 FULL LENGTH REACTION - WATCH ALONG

Yes that was a gem, but not a Hextech gem specifically. It's from the wrist brace that he wears.

I apologize for putting salt in the wound, but I had to tell this to someone. I don't have a lot of friends who watched this show clinically. So when the song 'What Have They Done To Us' is playing, it's actually the two sisters talking to each other. First Vi: As you wake up in a cold sweat, Little girl, what goes on in your head? All this hatred in your heart yet, I mourn the most for all things that I never said, Then Jinx: Don't make go through this again, You're not real and I can't pretend, This story is over, I ripped out the end, Tell me, who are you then? And while Mako sings the chorus line 'what have the done to us', (this detail was brought out a bit more in the reprise he released with Sasha Sloan), you'll hear a silent plea and it is very quiet: Tell me that you never come back, Tell me that you-tell me would you please come back, And the chorus chord ascension is literally a call back to the end of s1e3 when Vi 'left' Powder.
