Omg! So thrilled to see this with you! Quick story, when my very shy son was in grade 2 back in 2003, his teacher allowed the students to bring in a movie for the class to watch. He picked his absolute favorite, Iron Giant! He was so happy and excited! Unfortunately at the end of the day when I picked him up, he was in tears holding the movie. The teacher had rejected it based on just the cover. She said it was too violent!😤 I was so mad! I told her the next day that the movie has a great message. She didn't want to hear it! I hope you guys love this movie as much as we do!💗

That teacher sounds lame. Sorry that happened

Just wondering when you guys go back to the conjuring universe I know you guys got a lot of films on your list and that but I’m curious. Also looking forward to this movie and hopefully soon M3gan 2.0.

Jerett Henry Richens

I’m sure you guys saw the credits but in case you didn’t, I know you’ll love to hear that vin diesel voiced the iron giant.

When Ready Player One first came out, my theater ERUPTED when the Iron Giant entered the battle and fought Mecha Godzilla! So much nostalgia 😭

I just watched your Ready Player One on your YT and a movie suggestion popped into my mind. Wreck it Ralph! If you haven't seen it, I recommend it added to your list!💗

Other great older animated films were: Land Before Time An American Tail An American Tail: Fievel Goes West Secret of Nimh Pagemaster

Raven Dark

Ohh. highly second the above suggested reaction to Wreck It Ralph! You two would love that!

This is one of my favorite movies. On my first trip to Iceland in 2016, I actually went on a tour that took me up on the Langjökull Glacier in Iceland, where I brought my Iron Giant Pop figurine and took a picture of him buried in the snow. This and Goonies I rewatch at least 4 or 5 times each year.

ScribblesByRose

She probably had never even watched it 🙄
