Comments

Woo! Let's go!!

Chase

Dear Billy episode is up there with the finale of this season for sure! 😎 and Max’s letter to billy was beautiful, but sad 😔. Love how much Lucas cares for max even tho she pushes him away.

My personal opinion EP9 is my favorite Episode of ST so far and than EP7 and Dear Billy.

PHEW, i finally caught up. ofc there was a paper assigned while your reactions were being posted. can’t wait for the last few. this is BY FAR my favorite season

Nowhere Man

Almost done! But by splitting S4 into thirds, your last video is going to be 6 hours long. S4E4: Did you notice that El wrote "From, El", not "Love, El"? Speaking of mental hospitals, that unusual-looking building that was used for Hawkins Lab in this show is actually from a university campus. Guess what that building was used for?... It was a mental health center. If that isn't some real-world irony, I don't know what is. I wonder how many takes it took to shoot that amazingly complex long-camera-shot gunfight scene? Do y'all realize exactly WHY Enzo counted all of the money? He needed to create a long delay, and he needed to delay so... the drug would take effect. Max to Vecna: "You aren't really here." Yet another spoiler from the writers. S4E5: Did you notice that El woke up with a small stuffed lion next to her? Hopper's daughter also had one, and Will might've had one too. "When is a pen not a pen?" When it's O-pen. Ha ha ha. What's interesting about this demogorgon is that it's not able to open temporary gates. Otherwise, it would have zapped itself back into the Upside Down and then reappeared outside its prison, ate all of the guards, and moved onto a populated area. The other thing I find really odd about Papa is how unafraid he always is. Even when he's around incredibly dangerous ST mutants (like El), or even demogorgons, he never flinches or shows fear. I've often wondered if maybe he got into studying and training ST mutants because he's also one of them (but has different powers that aren't as obvious). He is rather hard-to-kill, for some reason. S4E6: The Mordor reference, as well as "the Shire is burning", is something between a spoiler and foreshadowing. One thing to note is that the LOTR books have a surprising additional conflict where, near the end of the last book, the Shire is under attack and needs to be saved. (It's formally known as the "Scouring of the Shire ".) However, when you skip ahead a few decades to a time when most LOTR fans have only seen the movies, the movies chose to edit out the Scouring of the Shire, so most modern viewers wouldn't even know the real significance of "the Shire is burning". Cue Season 5. Hawkins is burning. --- Three more episodes left, but those episodes have a total runtime of 330 minutes. That's 5.5 hours. With your closing comments, it'll probably be over 6 hours.

Pinapple Pizza ist soooo good! A clear Yes on Pineapple BUT a pepperoni Pizza ist surely better. Here in Germany it's called DIAVOLA (funny: that's matching with: The Hellfire Club)

I was born and raised in Hawaii, so pineapple on pizza is pretty standard (and delicious 😋).

It was awesome to see Robert Englund in this show. 😁👏🏻

Sharpgirl

Pineapple + Tapitillo/Crystal Hot Sauce drizzle + Parmesan cheese sprinkle so it sticks to the hot sauce and turns pink. With an extra crispy sourdough crust. Nom nom nom

Hi guys ✨ I’ve been following you for over a year now, and honestly, I have no idea how I didn’t discover your channel sooner. I absolutely love your content. I feel like we’re friends — even though we’ve never met — because the way you think, react, and talk about films just clicks with the way my brain works. Every time I watch a really good movie, I immediately wonder what your reaction would be. It genuinely feels like being part of a group of friends chatting about movies together, and I adore that. And I swear, I’ve seen people watching your videos everywhere around the world — in Paris, in Geneva, in Switzerland… so many times while I was traveling, I spotted someone with your videos open on their laptop. It always gives me an excuse to start a random conversation and make a new friend. It’s honestly hilarious. I’m writing just to send you a hug and a kiss from Brazil. My name is Amanda, I’m a lawyer here, and my weeks are always packed with problems, deadlines, and all kinds of stressful things — but your videos make everything so much lighter. You truly brighten my days. Recently I watched Vicious (the new 2025 horror/suspense release), and wow — I thought it was amazing. It really got under my skin, in that perfect psychological-horror way. And I also want to recommend a show that’s a bit older (maybe around five years now): Marianne on Netflix. Season two was cancelled, unfortunately, but the first season is pure horror gold. Nothing has ever scared me as much as Marianne! And Vicious definitely hit that psychological-horror spot too. Sending you all a big hug and a kiss. Thank you for making my days better. — Amanda 💖

back when this season came out, i remember growing so fond of the song "running up that hill" and listening it to regularly. as someone who is so passionate for music, i found it perfectly fitting for max and what she was going through during this season. and the way the duffers are able to use vecna as antagonist while also fully as a metaphor is so amazing.

I wasn't able to say it in the last video, but I'm a huge fan of this season. The new character additions were great, especially Eddie ❤️ they truly make you love this dude since the very first moment. Now, let me tell you something, i hate Angela and her friends 😒 those losers made me want to reach through the tv and slap them so bad 😅 Also, we can still see the damage that caused the ending from season 3 on some of them; I still remember the first time i watched episode three and how my heart sank when we learned that Max was going to be one of Vecna's victims...couldn't believe it, but unfortunately Billy's death really affected her 🥺 You know, i think that this season feels darker because each time we get more exposed to the high level of what Vecna and the Upside Down means and wants, pretty scary right? 🙁 Anyway, i'm not going to say everything that i want because i will end writing a book haha! 😂 You guys pretty much summarized everything in the analysis. What i do will say is something that not everyone will take too well but; I loove Nancy, that girl is a BADASS, the only negative thing i have to say about her is that when she spend less time with Jonathan she make cute eyes to Steve and viceversa, it's a bit annoying, sorry. We know the history of that love triangle and the guys...that's what makes it so complicated. Guys i reeeally can't wait for the final 3 episodes!! P.s: The kid with the camera is Nathan from the movie "Greenland".

I was a teen in the 80's when Kate Bush was more known. Thing is many people didn't understand her or her style of music. She was ahead of her time! I'm so happy they used her song in the series.
