The best way I can describe Thragg without spoilers (Ari & Denise) is that if we're in the infinity saga then thragg is Thanos. This feels like the beginning of the endgame. Lee Pace does the voice of Thragg (Ronan the Accuser).

Anthony

Fantastic, I will look forward to watching these as soon as I can :)

Xavier

I honestly despise Eves dad 😂 i really can’t stand him

I totally agree that the spectacle of what happened to the Viltrumites is disturbing. Theyre terrible and have done bad things but a genocide that takes out BILLIONS in one fell swoop in a quick period of time is just a disturbing concept. Its hard to even comprehend something like that

Soul

Fun fact: The more Oliver ages, the more his viltrumite dna kicks in. So it alters his skin tone. Making him more white than purple.

What I'm nervous about is the time stream on the other end of the portal. Rex & Monster Girl could be on the other side for months or years while days pass on our side. They need to WHOOP ASS on the other side and come back EPIC 😂

Beaudacious

having read the comics, im so curious if/how the show writers will explain/address one of Mark's kids

Beaudacious

voted most likely to be killed lol

Unknown wanderer

I dont see how they go around not introducing marky to the story

Dude the first 15 minutes of episode 2 were sick. Pun intended. I said Holy shit out loud at least 3 times. The only minor issue I have right now with this plot line is that from the second the episode started, it was obvious to me Thaedus is the Betrayer. Though I didn't think he was the one who deployed the virus. Like, holy fuck, we have to work with super mega Hitler to finish the job he started, that's a major moral dilemma. I feel like if or when Mark finds out that he literally genocided the Viltrumites, even though he doesn't care about them, there's going to be a hard stop and maybe even another physical confrontation over it. To date he's been very impulsive and rarely levelheaded about these things. I loved Danai as whatsherface so far and episode 2 was the standout for me. It was also another very meta moment when the green dudes came back just as the whole episode was focused on Mark calling out the same old routines and wanted to focus on instead permanently taking care of threats. Gonna fire this up and watch these episodes again with y'all after work.

I believe this is how they'll segue into adult rex when they return. Just a theory.

xavier

its not like in the comic we saw it happen either, shell just come to earth and itll be implied to have happened. It's too important for them to try to change

So with what's been happening in recent episodes, and thinking back to Season 2 Episode 8. Atom Eve said something that I was confused about at the time. I am now wondering if it wasn't foreshadowing. Did anyone else catch that? When Atom Eve, Robot, and those other heroes found Invincible after he had pummeled Angstrom's face to pulp and they gave Mark a way home. When he left, Robot had said something and Eve said "Shut up Rex". Now Rex is dead and Rudy/Robot is now calling himself Rex in Rex's memory. I feel like this was a prelude to something really, really bad that will involve Mark.
