Awesome that you’re reacting to these music videos! Interesting how you said like “what if Ekko would have been there for Jinx all those years”. This is not (yet) canon per se but people have theorized about Jinx’ words on the bridge. Spitting out “oh look who it is, the boy savior!” (title of the episode, interestingly so) There was quite some emotion behind it and almost like she was referencing something from the past that we the viewers just didn’t see. The theory is that Ekko, as a friend and as part of the resistance, early on may have tried several times to ‘save’ Jinx, talk to her, invite her to their safe haven. She must’ve refused and that’s why Ekko is so convinced - in earlier scenes - that Powder is gone, even saying “you sister works for him not because she has to but because she wants. I’m sorry but that’s who she is now”. Makes a lot of sense to me. I wonder wether we’d get to hear about or see some of that in season 2.

That would be so interesting to see! I'd love to see some more context for that particular exchange. Also with Ekko being Ekko who knows what else from the past we might experience through his lens. We are super excited to see where exactly season 2 takes us.

I'm sure the Fortiche people would appreciate the beautiful combination of colors in your videos. I hadn't noticed this, until a gorgeous shot of Denise showing Ari editing. Nice mauve light in the background, muted colors... It's very aesthetic, downright arcanish. If no one from Fortiche has seen your videos yet, that will definitely come, and anyone who worked on Arcane should really appreciate the love you give to the series and all the clever things you say about it.

It was confirmed by Fortiche that they had to delete a few scenes from the show because of time and one of them was of Ekko and Jinx during the timeskip, Ekko did try to "save" her at some point and they had an argument, the flashback was part of episode 7 before it was cut out :)

Wow! Good to know. I hope we can see more of that backstory if they have the time to explore it in Season 2. I think the added context really solidified the bridge scene even more 😀
