THE TERMINATOR (1984) FULL LENGTH REACTION - WATCH ALONG

Comments

Scott Kerr

Nice reaction. So was that Terminator "durable" or "adorable" ? ;)

The Media Knights

Glad to hear you enjoyed this one! Can't wait to watch the sequel! And he was definitely DURABLE haha

Wilss

What a movie. The 2nd one is my favourite movie of all time. So I'm definitely looking forward to that reaction!

Earl Grey

awesome movie, enjoyed revisiting it after several re-watches of the sequel.

dieselbeast

Shoutout to the blurred version! lol 🙏 The second one is the main course this was an appetizer 😉 Glad you enjoyed it!

The Media Knights

That is some high praise! We cannot wait to check out the sequel. Loved the first one already!

The Media Knights

This was great! Been hearing good things nonstop about the sequel. We haven't been this excited since Aliens!

The Media Knights

If this was an appetizer then oh boy! We are in for a treat aren't we? First one with the blurred! Hope it helps 😄

Scott Kerr

I like the blurred being present because it helps me to know how my version is syncing up.

Yeaaaaaaah, I love the blurred thumbnail ! Thank you so much. I don't know if I ever watched this one, I think I only watched Terminator 2. Maybe I'll watch this with you this week-end. No pressure, but are you still planning to react to Speed? :) Have a great evening!

Seeing this movie is literally my earliest memory. My father took me to the theater when I was 3, and I remember seeing Arnold's bloody fist after he punched it through the dude's gut in the opening. Thus began my lifelong love and fandom for Arnold. Absolutely terrible parenting on my father's behalf, and I am eternally grateful to him for it, because this movie is a core text of my movie-nerd life. This was my favorite movie for years. I was 10 when T2 came out, and I remember seeing the teaser trailer for it and basically losing my mind. Great reaction as always, and I can't wait to watch T2 with you, which will be happening in the very near future.

Emperor Raven

I love that scene... it's one of the sickest kill scenes in fiction!

Emperor Raven

I knew I'd love this just like with the Alien and Predator films haha! I love this film for the gritty noir settings and tones setup early on, that club scene where the battle breaks out, the savage hunt at the police station with the iconic line "I'll be back," the epic factory showdown at the end of the film, the absolutely wonderfully developed characterization between Michael Bien and Linda Hamilton in the dark twist of survival and romance, actually seeing Arnold as a villain who is extremely vicious, tenacious, and imposing! Great mechanical designs, sound design, awesomely designed sets, great buildup of tension and suspense all throughout the film as Sarah finds her footing as she begins to understand her purpose! This film is an absolute marvel of its time. Soooo enjoyed this... on the second one later today hehe! ;)
