Now this is how you start a weekend!

Hell yeah! Love that you guys clocked the little things like the spider creature adapting to have bamboo-ish legs. Something they didn't have to do, but they did. Reminds of the stories about when Guillermo Del Toro was doing Pacific Rim and he was so thoughtful about how the physics would work - right down to how a huge robotic punch would displace air and create pressure against windows, even if it didn't touch them. I love when people think at that level. Anyway, I'm assuming King of the Monsters is next and... well, you'll see what that is. But, to the extent that I'm a Monsterverse fan, I think you guys are going to get the biggest kick out of Godzilla vs. Kong. That movie goes so hard in the best, most absurd ways. If you haven't checked out The Guest (2014) yet, I would recommend peppering that in there beforehand so you have a sense of Adam Wingard's sensibilities, because there are some aesthetics that carry over from that to GVK, oddly.

Pizza, drink, and Media Knights. Perfect trifecta for this Friday night! Bout to get into this flick with you guys! 😄

Michael G. Munz

I haven't seen this movie since it came out. I forgot how freaking incredible it is!

Grimbane42

That was a happy unexpected treat coming home from work. Dinner and a movie with the Knights. Glad I stumbled upon you guys.

Mister Lou

skull Island, in the books! can't wait until you finish this franchise!

The Media Knights

So happy to hear this came right on time to entertain you guys after a hard week of work ❤️💪

The Media Knights

It’s such a fun time and so many great moments in this. It was surprising to see how expansive in terms of lore this film was.

The Media Knights

Hell yeah! You had us at pizza and drinks! We hope you enjoy 😄

The Media Knights

We absolutely love that the monster designs have actual meaning. There’s definitely a team of writers researching how these big monsters could evolve and how to make them look cool. Same with the MUTOS emp. I was trying to figure out why an animal would evolve to have that ability when they lived in a world without technology and apparently that was the counter to the big Gs atomic breath. I didn’t figure that one out while watching but still think it’s awesome! Can’t wait for what’s to come. Those teases at the end of this had us jumping up and down!

Maxine Mitchell

this was such a great rewatch with y'all! cannot WAIT for the king of the monsters reaction!

Reed James

The movie you want to see about two enemy pilots who shoot each other down and have to rely on each other for surival is called Enemy Mine. It's an 80's sci-fi movie.

PumpkinHat

Y'all have to watch Godzilla Minus One when it comes out of theaters if you liked the classic Godzilla movies and like the human element of these monster movies. Minus One is a phenomenal movie that just happens to have Godzilla in it.

danzogonzo

Awesome, fun reactions, as always! 🍿😎👍 Im super excited for the rest of your MonsterVerse reactions... But a question... Pacific Rim movie reactions would be AMAZING! PLEASE! PACIFIC RIM REACTIONS! 😫😭🙏

Stephen Caveney

That's classic amazing movie, Dennis Quaid & Lous Gossett Jr play thier parts perfectly.

Andrea Bunting

I'm watching this with you right now for the first time and my issue with it is none of a lot of the people do not look like they just crashed in a helicopter. I'm disappointed in the fact that James looks like he just came off the cover of GQ after facing Kong and crashing. I mean at the very least make him a little banged up! I'm going to keep watching....but I am leary.

The Dark Unknown

you should do Peter Jacksons King Kong(2005) its the best king kong movie!

bhargavi pba

An absolutely amazing film and your reaction was just as amazing! Its always fun to watch a movie with you guys <3
